Variations and Customization
The model represented above is shown in one style available. In the
case of the SmallSpace model, a small deck, or a large connected version
can be built across the front, as well as other configurations.
We've
chosen a corrugated galvalume exterior with painted cement board accents and more standard
types of siding, or our regular dark wood siding are available at varying costs.
As well, any of the plans can be flipped vertically or horizontally depending on your preference and/or site conditions. We offer a standard set of options for the interior but depending on your budget and personal style, these elements can be modified, or even left bare for you to complete on your own.
Unlike what you might find at some very large modular and manufactuing operations, we tackle each project as a custom home. There really isn't a perfect design for a house that fits everyone, so give us a call to talk about how we can accommodate you. Design fees for these changes are not accounted for when talking about our baseline pricing, but can be negotiated with the designer.
