Variations and Customization

The model represented above is shown in one style available. In the case of the FutureSpace model, an additional master bedroom module can be added at a later date to create a more spacious 3 bedroom design. We've chosen a mid-century style treatment for our stock offerings with dark vertical wood siding, but brightly colored panels and more standard types of siding are available at varying costs.

Any of the plans can be flipped vertically or horizontally depending on your preference and/or site conditions. The FutureSpace design is versatile and requires careful site planning if expansion is desired. We have a standard set of options for the interior but depending on your budget and personal style, these elements can be modified, or even left bare for you to complete.

Unlike what you might find at some very large modular and manufactuing operations, we tackle each project as a custom home. There really isn't a perfect design for a house that fits everyone, so give us a call to talk about how we can accommodate you. Design fees for these changes are not accounted for when talking about our baseline pricing, but can be negotiated with the designer.
