ClearSpace promotes an efficient and sustainable lifestyle by effecting change within the building industry. Whether it is downsizing into luxury, or finally being able to afford a truly well designed and built structure with architectural significance, ClearSpace has a custom solution.

Development

Founder Hayden Lindley is dedicated to finding solutions that are not only suitable, but realistic. His building management and design experience in the prefab industry allows ClearSpace to work closely and effectively with the structures as they are constructed. To provide smart solutions, Mark Meyer, principle at designSTUDIO is commissioned for design work and building consultation. His works are the core of our design ethos, and the building blocks for custom premier designs.

Our studio was designed in-house by ClearSpace, and is placed on the premise of our affiliate builder, Reclaimed Space. When we heard that another prefab building company had emerged in Austin, we got in touch right away. Founder Tracen Gardner and Hayden Lindley eventually began discussing possibilities to help each other grow their businesses, and the resulting actions led to the development of a new "sustainability campus" that showcases prefab homes for sale, and a large vendor participation program that promotes sustainable living practices and low-energy technologies. A coincidence in similarity of the name "space" to describe what we do, we have also found a complimentary view on how to best serve our customers in finding out new ways of using it.

Meet the team

It takes many people to put on the production of building a home, but here are the key figures that lend a multi-disciplined hand to our success at ClearSpace Homes.

Hayden Lindley
Founder, lead project manager, and native Austinite, Hayden has a BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design, and an MA in counseling from St. Edward's University.

Mark Meyer
Principle at designSTUDIO, Mark Meyer holds a BArch. from the University of Texas, and specializes in the design/build of efficient modular, site, and container-based architecture.
